- Time & Location: Approximately 12:40 p.m., near Rivergate Townhomes, Arlington. Security camera footage shows Sevlyn taking out the garbage from a community dumpster.
- Final Contact: At 1:05 p.m., Sevlyn sent a message while playing Pokémon Go. No further communication has been received since.
Physical Description
- Height: 5’3”
- Weight: 160–170 lbs
- Hair: Black with fair streaks
- Clothing: Light brown t-shirt, red sweatpants, white sneakers
- Also Known As: Joyce or REI (pronounced “ray”)

Authorities are asking the public to remain alert. Sevlyn may travel locally in Arlington or surrounding areas. Any sightings of Sevlyn or a related vehicle should be reported immediately.
