A respected professional, devoted husband and father, and loyal friend, David will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

David Bonsick was born on December 18, 1967, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, to Carroll (Bahra) Bonsick and the late Joseph Bonsick. A graduate of Scranton Preparatory School, he pursued higher education at Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, earning his bachelor’s degree. David had a distinguished career in public service, working in government relations with Kojen O’Coner in Harrisburg as a principal. His professionalism, integrity, and commitment to serving the community earned him admiration and respect.

Beyond his career, David’s life was centered around family, faith, and friendship. Known affectionately as “Dave the Builder”, he loved working on home projects, playing golf, and cheering for his beloved Penn State football team. His strength, wisdom, and joyful spirit enriched the lives of those around him.

A second visitation will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 10:00–11:00 am, followed by a Christian burial mass at Good Shepherd Church, 3435 Trenders Road, Camp Hill. The burial will take place at Heaven Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
