Lori Vallow’s Message to Colby
During the panel hosted by Nat Eaton, Vallow, currently serving her prison sentence, expressed her love for Colby. Eaton relayed her words to the audience:
“If you talk to Colby, please tell him that I love you very much. It doesn’t matter.”
Vallow also included a Bible verse, referencing Matthew 25, which speaks about the separation of the good and the wicked. Colby later explained the meaning of the verse as Vallow’s attempt to portray herself as divine. Colby commented:
“It is trying to talk about the wicked and the good being separated. So it’s her way to try to say that she is still good and originally divine.”
When asked whether he wanted to speak to his mother again, Colby firmly replied:
“No.”

Lori Vallow was convicted in 2023 for the murders of her two children: 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 16-year-old Tylee Ryan. She was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Her ex-husband, Chad Daybell, was also convicted in connection with the deaths of the children.
